Lesibu Grand, HOWLING STAR, Awleen
Lesibu Grand (pronounced Le-SEE-boo Grand) is an indie-pop band from Atlanta that grew out of a songwriting partnership between singer Tyler-Simone Molton and bassist John Renaud. The band takes its influences from the NYC new wave scene, particularly Blondie and Talking Heads, and from 90s rockers such as Pixies and Green Day. Distinguished by Tyler-Simone’s warmer, ethereal vocal style, Lesibu Grand fuses these two strains into a refreshingly modern sound in songs that explore the unexpected joys, sharp anxieties, and beguiling mysteries that abound us all.
HOWLING STAR. 4 minds, 4 sounds, 1 body whose sole purpose is to enlighten the masses that our next destination is calling. A powerful 4 man assault on your ears, HOWLING STAR is the dynamic union of a powerful hybrid styled vocalist, bass, a guitarist, and a drummer. Utilizing the styles and sounds of various genres to form a new hybrid, they are indeed too much of everything to be anything.
